- No banking information transits though the site
During a credit card payment a direct link with our banking partner is initiated. No banking information is therefore transiting though the GPSRendezVous site and is stored there. Furthermore the banking transaction is encrypted insuring a high level of confidentiality on the Internet.

Similarly usage of Paypal to make a payment does not provide any visibility on the user's personal or banking data.

- Data retention
According to the law the GPSRendezVous site has been registered with CNIL (Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés).

In accordance with articles 34 and following of the «Informatique et Libertés» law of January 6th,1978 and its additions, users are entitled to an access and correction right to the recorded data. Requests must be addressed by E-mail to contact@gpsrdv.com or by post to the company's head quarters. Data can also be viewed directly and simply on the site itself. Additionally and according to the same law, EICHTEC engages into not communicating to third parties the personal data that was only collected for mailing, order processing, delivery, billing and support purposes. Only information needed for delivery will be made available to carriers.

EICHTEC is calling for the latest security technology and techniques to insure the security of the servers hosting the web site.
